Country Place is a 673-acre residential master-planned community located in southwest Phoenix, just two miles south of Interstate 10 at 99th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road.  Country Place is the largest planned community in the Estrella Village.

Residents here will enjoy miles of multi-use pathways that can be used for equestrian and bicycle use, as well as pedestrian use, a proposed 10-acre park, and smaller pocket parks with children's play areas. Other proposed amenities include an elementary school site, and three retail shopping centers.

A street roundabout facilitates the continuous flow of traffic at the center of the community, and the preservation of a historic area.

The roundabout, situated at the intersection of 99th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road, introduces a lane of mature pecan trees that stretch a mile from 99th to 91st Avenues.
